You can start Bachelor of Construction degree in Sri Lanka majoring Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. On Successful completion of GISM Diploma in Construction, students can transfer to second year of the Bachelor of Construction Degree programme at Massey University. At the end of the second and third years, Massey University offers the degree.

Entry Requirements

Students must have a minimum of three “C” passes at G.C.E (A/L) Examination or London (A/L) Examination in Mathematics, Physics or any related stream of studies
OR,
GISM Foundation Programme (successfully completed with a grade “B” average).

All applicants must sit for a selection interview with the Head of the relevant division in Academic Faculty.

Earning Capacity Explained Work During Studies: New Zealand allows 20 hours of part-time work during studies and 2-3 months of full-time work during holidays. Assumption: NZD 22 per hour earning capacity during studies. Post Degree Work: After the degree you are able to apply for graduate study work visa which allows you to remain in New Zealand and work full-time in your chosen careers. Assumptions: NSD 50,000 annual earning at a full-time work can be expected.

First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me a great opportunity to study at Massey University, New Zealand by doing a pathway program at GISM. After completing my O/L exam in 2019 I decided to join with GISM campus and studied foundation I & II and the first year of my degree (Construction Management) through this pathway programme. I had a great experience with GISM for almost two years and in that time I have learned theoretical knowledge as well as practical studies on campus. The time I spent with my colleagues was full of memory and knowledge. So GISM is one of the best partway programme to Massey University, New Zealand.
