At GISM, students can start their academic journey in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management and related postgraduate specialisations with a 1 + 2 (Bachelor) or 1 + 1 (Master) degree pathway. This model allows learners to complete the first year at GISM, earn a Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Construction, and then transition directly into the second year of study at Massey University’s campus in New Zealand.
